The journey of menopause can ignite intense feelings of loss, depletion, rage and sorrow.
Our bodies, attuned to the cycles and seasons, may experience elemental shifts like those we are facing as humanity. Fire and flood, desert and storm disrupt our systems. Yet, as we shed the skin of our youth and turn towards elderhood, it is also a time of letting go, of transformation and possibility (which may not always be big and sparkly!).

As a community we can offer space and connection in all weathers. Gather with us in the woods, sit round the fire, explore, wander, create and listen. Let’s see what calls. The gatherings will include story and poems, reflection and sharing, moving, activities/explorations, sitting by the fire, dreams, listening, sharing tea and nourishment.

We have space for 8-10 women to join us, the intention being that you will attend all the sessions (while appreciating that unexpected things may happen). These gatherings will be solely outdoors.

What to expect:
We will meet monthly from September to June, honouring the descent into winter and emerging into the revitalising energy of spring.
We will explore the idea of menopause as an initiatory experience and an invitation to connect with myths and stories that can contain what feels too big or unknowable.
We will build community with each other and the land through our ability to be open, empathic, compassionate and curious.
We will gather in circle, in pairs and individually.
We will discover our inner Hag and embrace all that is warty and wise!
We will nourish and nurture the tender unseen parts of ourselves - old wounds and tentative growth alike.

Guide for costs;
Supporter £500 - I own my own house/have savings & I would like to share this abundance with others
Standard £400 - I can meet my basic needs and occasionally go on holiday
Supported £300 - I am regularly not able to to meet my own needs

Please speak to us about any queries about payment and if you have accessibility needs.
